HAPPEN's mandate is to reduce the time required for mid- to senior level managers and executives in career transition to regain employment and provide members with the tools to manage their careers.
HAPPEN is managed by an Executive Committee of volunteers, coordinated by the Executive Director. This committee oversees our operating departments; Treasury; Programmes; Marketing; Meeting Facilities; Registration; Membership Services; Web Site; Administration.
